Unless stated differently in the listing, we ship within 5 business days after your order has been processed. When your package ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
IMPORTANT: We ship via USPS, unless otherwise asked. We do not add insurance or offer shipping upgrades unless asked to do so.
VAT for INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: You will be responsible for any local customs or import duties which may apply when the parcel arrives in the local customs. little miss workbench is not responsible for these charges.
UK CUSTOMERS: Please be advised. We have received various complaints concerning the Royal Mail charging our customers for either customs or delivery. The shipping charge you pay little miss workbench is the stipulated price to get your package from NYC to the UK. We use a shipping software to calculate prices and pay in full before printing shipping labels. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any extra charges the Royal Mail may apply. Sorry for the inconvenience, but charges that seem to be randomly applied have led us to adopt this policy.
little miss workbench is not responsible for products damaged or lost in the mail. Standard shipments are mailed without insurance, but will happily be purchased at the buyer's request.
